3. In the event of a survey form being completed, a small quantity of non-personal information is collected for validation and security purposes. Such information may include, but is not limited to: your browser type, operating system and Internet Service Provider (ISP).

4. If you choose to supply your email address when completing a survey or feedback form, your address will only be used by us to contact you, should the need arise. Under no circumstances will your address be sold or otherwise passed on to a third party.
